Your Software, Your Way, Your Benefit:
Some organizations do not always know for certain what business software is the best fit for their requirements. Some allow over-paid consultants to tell them what they should be. Some believe that if they spend enough money, everything they need will be included. But the smart people recognize that their real needs only emerge after a serious internal assessment and that even then it will take some time to get everything right! This is where we come in. We know that it is often easier and faster to put prototypical models in front of people. Let them see, touch and experience how a thing fits together with their business needs. Let them witness their most important activities in a mock-up system. And then document and nail down their feedback until there is a consensus that really stands up! This is one of the things that we do best. Not only is this good for the client but it prevents us from taking a bath as well. After 35 years in the business, the main lesson we have learned is that client involvement in a gradual series of "show and tells" is the fast track to success.
